Hi. I have read that there is a correct way and a wrong way to take the Calsium/Magnesium supplements. Could someone explain the difference? How much do you take? My Osteopath said it would be good to take higher doses during stressfull times (we are moving internationally). Has anyone heard about this? Your repsonses would be appreciated. Tone (PS.
