The past few years I have seen an increase in my brain fog, my lack of memory & the inability to concentrate at times. But lately it has gotten completely out of hand!! Especially now that I have added Lyrica which has helped with pain but one of its side effects is trouble concentrating! I find it hard to complete sentences, I can't get out my thoughts when I talk to someone, I can't remember something I wanted to do minutes before & I have a very hard time concentrating without silence. PLEASE HELP! I use a daily planner, keep lists of things I need to get done and even have post-its around days before an important appointment or event. Are there any techniques or tips any of you have found helpful with this? It would be GREATLY appreciated!
