Has anyone read and done the steps in the book "Freedom from Fibromyalgia" by Nancy Selfridge,M.D. It's talks about meditation and journaling to retrain the brain chemicals that set off fibro. I've talked to 2 people that it actually worked for and was amazed that that much pain could go away from this. So I wondering if anyone else has had success or failure from this strategy. Thanks for any input.
