This just started no too long ago.And I'm on no meds except xanax. It happens when I am standing or sitting in a certain position not while I'm lying down. Most of the time it feels like an internal shake but I can see it in my arms and legs sometimes but I have to move them in a certain position. For example if I hold out my arms nothing then say I lift them an inch then i can see it.Same example for legs.I feel shaky off and on all day, since this just started is there anything I can do besides take xanax to make it stop bothering me.Do you think it is from weak muscles or overuse of my legs as I pace the floor all day?I think all this has something to do with my spinal cord because I'm not dizzy either unless in standing position and sometimes sitting.I have read some posts and I know some of you get shaky or have tremors so please enlighten me on what I have to look forward to or what I can do.Thanks again.
