I used to come here years ago, but haven't been on here in a while. I was diagnosed with fibromyalgia in 2012, was mostly bedridden, and in level 8-10 pain daily. I went from very active to on FMLA, mostly bedridden, and confused. I have since reduced my daily symptoms and have gotten better control of my condition. It took years of experimentation and constantly tweaking my regimen to find things that helped me along the way. I was able to reduce my daily pain levels and other symptoms, as long as I follow my regimen to the letter. If I break from my regimen, even the slightest, my symptoms will begin to quickly increase. Also, I still continue to have flare-ups without rhyme or reason, but not constantly like before.
My question to you is do any of you have Sjogren's and Fibromyalgia, and if so, how were you diagnosed. I have extremely dry eyes and a dry mouth. I have to use eye drops constantly and keep water on the side of my bed to drink throughout the night. I also experience intermittent pain throughout my joints that just appear randomly. When I wake in the morning, I can't bend my fingers to make a fist at times. It takes a while, but then I can bend them. Also, I have developed two nodules on my finger joints. I have an appointment with a rheumatologist coming up. Also, my daugher has been diagnosed with rheumatoid arthritis and fibromyalgia. She does not have dry eyes and dry mouth though.

Get outta neutral!***The first study linking carbon dioxide to warming was done in the 1930s. the hypothesis was first proposed in 1896.OK, let's expalin this in high school terms: the carbon cycle.
