while waiting for a social security hearing? My lawyer informed me the other day it could be 2 years before we get a court date as there are over 18000 cases waiting for a court date as it stands now! I know all of us are in the same boat but Ive been wracking my brain trying to come up with things i could do to make some extra money to help pay our bills. That or make the small amount of income stretch further. we have cut everything down to bare minimum except internet as we signed a 2 year contract with cingular. My husband already works 2 jobs and Im unable to work, though we applied for assistance and they go by the gross income not what we actually bring home after insurance and taxes. we still come up short as my meds and dr visits alone are over 300.00 a month! i wasnt sure if working part time was going to effect my case? it will be hard but we have to eat!

Just a lot...
