I am not one to use sleeping meds but broke down and asked for something my last visit to the pain clinic. They gave me Ambien. I take it occasionally...maybe twice a week at the very most. I have been having some intense heart rending dreams...very vivid. The kind you wake up from and no matter how long you are awake, as soon as you close your eyes you fall right back into it. Is anyone else having this problem??

I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps. I'm also going to drink a lot of water and try to eat healthy. I do tend to have a sweet tooth but I'm cutting...
Hugs
Continue taking Ambien and talk to your doctor if you have any of these less serious side effects:
daytime drowsiness, dizziness, weakness, feeling "drugged" or light-headed;
weakness, lack of coordination;
amnesia, forgetfulness;
vivid or abnormal dreams;
diarrhea, nausea, vomiting;
headache, muscle pain; or
blurred vision.

I used Ambien a couple years ago and just quit using it. I hated the dreams.
