My ortho had told me about 8 months ago that I had a lot of wear on my lower back. He called it arthritis, that's it. Sooo my neuro had that MRI last week and when he saw it he mentioned Degenerative disc disease. So I was like ok. Then the rhuemy saw the same report(MRI) and said I have bone spurs. He showed me on a fake spine but none have really explained to me what these things are and what to do about it. I've had lower back pain since I was a teenager and my primary care always threw me flexeril and said it was my muscles. Anyone know if these things are the same or what they are? Thanks!

I miss traveling with my husband. Has anyone found a specific site regarding cruising for widow/widowers or any sightseeing trips. Not interested in being with couples and kids,,,I realize a cruise ship will have a portion size of families and couples, but perhaps they also put together a part of the cruise ship for groups of widows/widowers????
