hello to all! I have had fibro for a few years, it never has been under control....I was wondering if anyone could suggest some different treatments to discuss with my new Dr. I am gonna be switching as I'm not happy with the Dr. I have now. He is a Rheumatolagist, he does not discuss treatment options with me at all. I read on someones post that they can give us meds for the fatigue! Imagine that! I feel like there is alot I just don't know about reatments ect.. If anybody could please give me ANY info on different treatments or info on disability, I would really appreciate it. I know I have rambled, but I have finally forced myself to take the plunge and ask....Thank you all so much :)

I have my maxed amount of epidural shots of my cervical DDD....(and no one cares about my lumbar DDD)..... I've done physical therapy, muscle relaxers, Amitriptyline, Nortryptiline, desipramine.....narcotics... So I decided to go to a spine specialist and they have me on Gabapentin. Its been two weeks and it did nothing for my lumbar ever... but it did seem to help my cervical and arm/hand pain...
