It has been a while since I visited my Fibro friends, hope everyone is hanging in there!
Yes, going to get another surgery tomorrow, they are taking a biopsy of a spot on my lower eyelid. They have to cut a pie slice out of it to remove about 4-5mm at the edge of the eyelid, the soft red part that touches the eye. They do the stitching on the inside, with desolving stitches. I will be in twighlight sleep during the procedure.
Pretty soon there won't be anything left, if they keep cutting off chunks!
I hae to be there at 7:30am, then I will wait several hours in the pre op area sitting on a poorly designed bed that folds into a chair, but we all know our legs cannot just be spread out in front of us with knees locked for 2-3 hours, my lower back is distroyed after about 5 minutes... I just found out Thursday, then the hospital calle at 2:30pm on Friday, to get my info, they closed at 4pm, ya right, that is great planning.
Wish me luck!
PS Iwas hoping it would be closer to Christmas, so I could stay in my room, and not have to go to the dreaded family reunion...
July 4th picnic. They were old friends and loved to tease one another. "This baked ham is really good,” said the priest. “You really ought to break down and try some.” "I will, I will,” replied the rabbi, smiling, “at your wedding.”

The life of a student who works!!!Happy to meet all of you and join a group who understands my pain.
