It has been a while since I visited my Fibro friends, hope everyone is hanging in there!
Yes, going to get another surgery tomorrow, they are taking a biopsy of a spot on my lower eyelid. They have to cut a pie slice out of it to remove about 4-5mm at the edge of the eyelid, the soft red part that touches the eye. They do the stitching on the inside, with desolving stitches. I will be in twighlight sleep during the procedure.
Pretty soon there won't be anything left, if they keep cutting off chunks!
I hae to be there at 7:30am, then I will wait several hours in the pre op area sitting on a poorly designed bed that folds into a chair, but we all know our legs cannot just be spread out in front of us with knees locked for 2-3 hours, my lower back is distroyed after about 5 minutes... I just found out Thursday, then the hospital calle at 2:30pm on Friday, to get my info, they closed at 4pm, ya right, that is great planning.
Wish me luck!
PS Iwas hoping it would be closer to Christmas, so I could stay in my room, and not have to go to the dreaded family reunion...
Good Morning yesterday afternoon I was with my mother, having a conversation and it seemed like she was keeping with conversation and knowledgeing what was going on and being said , I felt a relief.... but I started talking to one of my close friends and they stated, the only reason she was able to keep up with that conversation was because she has repeatedly told that story several times!!...

Which, if it's abnormal, other things should be. So unless he's got one weird-ass medical zebra (see below)? More bloodwork, more waiting to see if it self-resolves. He also had slightly elevated liver enzymes at the ER, which isn't uncommon...
