Hi All. I'm Jennifer (37) and a SAHM to 4 wonderful kiddos ages 9, 8, 6, and 4. I haven't been diagnosed with Fibromyalgia but from reading the symptoms and associated conditions, I am going to start fighting with the Army to get a definative diagnosis. Thanks to a friend and a cousin who have been diagnosed with Fibromyalgia and tons of research on my own, I am now armed with tons of information for my family practice doctor and can hopefully get some relief from the chronic pain and sleepless nights. I've found that warmth helps with the leg pains at night, Ambien does nothing for the insomnia, Naproxen does nothing for the pain, Tylenol helps some. I've also discovered that swimming, walking and weight training along with simple yoga helps tone down the pain during the day. I had a friend ask me why I spend 2 hours a day in the gym during the summer (that's the child care limit) and 3 to 4 hours during the school year.

I'm also going to drink a lot of water and try to eat healthy. I do tend to have a sweet tooth but I'm cutting...
