Thought I would try something new and sleep more in a sitting position.. Well got 2 hours.. sigh.. seems no matter how I lay my lower back and shoulders are screaming after 2 or 3 hours.. especially my lower back.. (disk disease)... Im ususlly a side sleeper but found that when i woke my neck and shoulders ached all day.. guess no happy medium.. Hard to get used of "NAPPING" seems to be a waste of the day.. funny thing is even in the 2 hours i dream.. thought It took a while to get into the dream state.. Just thought I would share this.. :)
