Has anyone checked their pH levels? I was floored to discover that mine is so low it doesn't even change the color on the test strip! The more I read about being overly acid, the more I see myself described to a "t". Of course, Annie's fibrofix.com website is what has got me thinking in this direction, so thank you to Anne. If anyone else is looking into it or changing diets to become more alkaline I'd love some tips. I can't spend a fortune on supplements... I am not sure if I can do the alkaline fix by diet alone, but I want to try. I am already worried about the financial burden we are experiencing by me being out of work, and believe me when I say we live VERY modestly in under 1300 square feet! But, I don't want to give up chiro or pt maintenance to afford vitamins!
