Hi there... I won't get into long details, but have had it "medically" for about 4yrs. I have tried numerous things and some work, some don't. After lots of time, frustration, money, etc... I found a clinic almost two years ago, in our state, and checked them out. They were basically a last resort. I was so frustrated in chasing things down and nothing, nothing, nothing to help. Anyway, the site is: www.fibroandfatigue.com. Please note though, there are only 15 clinic/offices in the U.S., and I was fortunate to have one in our state and only 1hr away. They have made a HUGE difference, because they go with more of a "wellness" approach. They are still doctors, etc.. but they will get to the bottom of it, for you (not the general population and what might work), but what your body specifically needs and build it back from there. I also found something else a couple weeks ago, almost by accident that may be a turning point in pain/discomfort and the feeling of needing to stretch. Anyway need to follow that for about a month before I share what that is.
