From what I understand, we have 4 trigger points through our upper back area. It looks like one of the trigger points is almost in the middle of your shoulder blades. I have had intense pain tonight in my upper back, low neck area, concentrated in the shoulder blades & between them. Laid on a heating pad most of the night & didn't help. When I went to bed, my dh rubbed some tiger balm on my upper back, and when he got to that one spot, he pushed a little & I almost cried from the pain. That pain is still there, and I'm slightly nauseous, and trouble sleeping b/c I can't get comfortable now. Does that sound like a normal reaction to a trigger point? Actually, I think I was meaning to say tender points. You have to have 11 of the 18 to have FMS, supposedly? So everywhere I said trigger, think tender. lol
