I found out the results of my sleep study today. I have obstructive sleep apnea and the doc said I have to get a cpap machine and wear the mask while I sleep. Does anybody have to do this? Is it uncomfortable or hard to sleep with it on?? They said that my oxygen level goes down to 87% while I sleep. I am so tired of being tired and exhausted so I am praying that this machine helps but it seems like the mask will be cumbersome to wear every night so any tips or info would be appreciated, Thanks.

I miss traveling with my husband. Has anyone found a specific site regarding cruising for widow/widowers or any sightseeing trips. Not interested in being with couples and kids,,,I realize a cruise ship will have a portion size of families and couples, but perhaps they also put together a part of the cruise ship for groups of widows/widowers????
