I use music to help cope with my Fibro (thank goodness for my IPOD). I've just discovered this amazing song by Josh Groban. It's called "You Are Loved, (Don't Give Up)". It's a great song to listen and sing to when you're feeling down and ready to throw in the towel. It's on his "Awake" cd.Sometimes I will put my headphones on and sing away. I'm a lousy singer but it releases something in me or just lets me escape for a while. It's part of my own self help therapy that can be a little annoying to others. Does anyone else use music to help with the pain? Any good suggestions? I'm new to this support group and I am grateful to have found it. It soooo helps to know I'm not alone.
