I now know that I have plantar fasciitis, but I also get this sharp pain that runs along the bottom of my foot where the arch is. Goes from front of foot thru the arch and to the heel. Obviously, it is very painful to walk. I have to walk with my foot leaned out on it's side because walking normally is NOT an option. Does this sound familiar to any of you?

I miss traveling with my husband. Has anyone found a specific site regarding cruising for widow/widowers or any sightseeing trips.
