Has anyone had their FMS symptoms change suddenly? Was there any particular reason why? I've had FMS for about 10 years now and all of a sudden I'm experiencing very different symptoms--like muscle twitching, raynouds (or whatever it is called) and a TON of brain fog and arm and leg tingling. Doc. thought possibly MS but my MRI came out clean. It just came on REALLY suddenly though. Is this just changing FMS?

I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps. I'm also going to drink a lot of water and try to eat healthy. I do tend to have a sweet tooth but I'm cutting...
Good luck,

have had mine Progress on me now 3 times...
started out with occaisional flu like symptoms...a few years later add severe muscles achiness and stiffness
a few years after that add in To tender to be touched...IBS...Raynauds...TN...loss of vision all the sudden..which will intermittenly clear Up !!
perhaps not all my symptoms are FM related...perhaps some of my other issues were made worse by the FM...
It is important that you keep a journal on your symptoms...i write everything down everyday...if you have ANY new or worsening symptoms get in and DEMAND to be checked for whatever...had I been diagnosed with FM before 2004...I would not be here today...DO NOT allow Dr.s to now shove everything under FM
It is a comfort(if that's the right word) that there are lots of us out there dealing with the same problems and frustrations. Certainly no one I know around me understands how difficult it is to live with Fibromyalgia.
