I've been having MS type symptoms for the last month. I had a really bad "attack" where I couldn't walk for two weeks. Since then I've had numbness, tingling, pain, and blurry vision. Before last month I fell all of a sudden (without any warning, my legs just came out from underneath me). On top of this my Mom might have MS. Her symptoms started after mine and her Dr.s are ordering an MRI. I went to see my dr. and he was SO rude to me. He basically said since I have only had 1 episode that it is probably stress. I slurred my speech during my visit with him which was enough to convince him to order me an MRI, but it has been almost two weeks since he said he would schedule it and nobody has called me back. I just called them again and am waiting for a response. My latest episode was on Thanksgiving where I couldn't walk for like half of the day. I live in a kinda small town and I'm running out of options of Dr.'s who are FMS compassionate as it is. Now it seems he won't listen to me when I think I have something really major. How can I approach this Dr. and express to him that I feel that something is seriously wrong with me? Please help.

I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps. I'm also going to drink a lot of water and try to eat healthy. I do tend to have a sweet tooth but I'm cutting...
