Beege, My docotr gave me 4 months worth to try it see if it will help. I saw no difference but also experienced no side effects. My pharm. said that it workd for a few of his patients but it depended on what other medication you were on. I was on pretty heavy pain mamagement and that may have been why I did not get any help from it. A friend of mine is trying it now but hasn't been on long enough to have it built us in her system. Her DR. told her to give it 2 months before determining its effectiveness. I dropped it. but she is still trying. Sorry that's all I know. Talk to your Pharm. thye are really good at drugs. Have a wonderful day.

For me trying savella was very difficult. It shot my blood pressure up and gave me terrible headaches. I did not rest well and had a major increase in pain. I hope that it can work for u.

Watch your blood pressure closely, I went from borderline low, to the dr almost rushing me to the er because it was so high in 2 weeks.

Thank you for the info. I guess I will have to give it a try. Beege

I just can't stay in that building that is reeking mildew...

I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps. I'm also going to drink a lot of water and try to eat healthy. I do tend to have a sweet tooth but I'm cutting...
