Today I read my 14 year old daughter's diary. I'm not happy with what I read. I have to do something to curb her inappropriate behavior. SHOULD I TELL HER THAT I READ HER DIARY? My mom did that to me when I was about the same age and I didn't appreciate it at all. But if I don't tell her that I know what she's been up to, she won't understand why I am not going to let her run with her group of friends this weekend. Our relationship is already a little rocky, won't this make things worse? And besides, AREN'T TEENAGERS A LITTLE OLD TO BE HAVING WEEKEND SLEEPOVERS? I stopped sleeping over at my friend's house when I was in high school. Thanks for any help.
