Family & Friends of Cancer Patients Support Group
This community is dedicated to parents, siblings, grandparents, other relatives, friends and caretakers of cancer patients. It's difficult to find a safe place to talk about caring for a loved one with cancer, and so this group serves as an open forum to foster positivity and support for those going through this tough time.

I'm very sorry for the loss of your dear Mom. Two years isn't very long. It has been a year since I lost my Mom and a little over a year since I lost my brother, and at times it seems like yesterday. I understand your missing your Mom; I miss mine so much it hurts. I will be praying for you. Take care!

I am also sorry for your loss. I have been helping to care for my mother for the last 5 years. She is not the women she use to be and its hard to have any sort of serious conversation with her. I love her and can't imagine my life without her but I know what you mean about missing your mother when you need a mother to talk to.

I am very sorry for your loss. My own mother is battling stage four cancer right now, and my sister and I have had to go through a lot. (I'm 20, my sister is 17). Stay strong.

Very sorry to hear about your loss. I don't know how you must feel, but I know your fear. My mum has cancer as well and I worry about her all the time. I have lost others to cancer and the pain never leaves, but those we love and have lost live on in our hearts and that's what helps me through the sad times. Prayers for you.

I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps. I'm also going to drink a lot of water and try to eat healthy. I do tend to have a sweet tooth but I'm cutting...
