I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. I really couldn't tell you if you were BP or not. I know you said you do not have the money but in reality you really need to see a pyschiatrist. If you don't have the money there are many organizations that can help and often charge on a sliding scale and will frequently let you make payments.
I really hope you decide to get checked out. Getting a professional opinion is really the only way to go.
But we cannot diagnose you here. You really do need to go and discuss this with a doctor, and sb sounds like she has the info on how to do that in your area.
