Does anyone have any cognitive behavioral therapy suggestions with helping to control the onset of a mixed episode. Or any to help your BP loved one come out of this? The literature talks about mixed states, and others talk about their own mixed state experiences, but there never seems to be any suggestions on how to help. My wife is currently dealing with a lot of rage, even though she is taking Lamictal and is feeling better overall.
