So, as I've ventured out into this big wide world on my own - with my God, but otherwise alone, I've come to realize a few things. It's time to move on, let go of the pain, and get out there in this big world and live a life without holding on to the past. It's time to take life by the hand and let go of fear. I haven't been on DS long, but I have met some great people, formed frienships I otherwise wouldn't have, and learned I am not alone with the feelings of sadness, sorrow, pain, depression, anxiety caused by divorce, an unhealthy relationship, my wonderful, but "very bipolar" sister, miscarriage, infertility and all those other things that happened thus far in my life. However, as I sit on here, I keep myself inside these four walls, away from the world out there that's waiting for me. As I try to find my place in this world, I will be thinking and praying for you all! If you would like to IM or e-mail you can send me a message and I'll give you that info. So, it's with a bitter sweet sentiment that I say goodbye and God bless to you all. Thanks for everything and I wish you all the very best that life has to give!! Never give up, never underestimate that God has a plan for you, and it's up to you to listen to him and eventually you'll find your way.
Love always,
Steph

I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps. I'm also going to drink a lot of water and try to eat healthy. I do tend to have a sweet tooth but I'm cutting...
Its great you have found the strength and courage to get out and LIVE!
It is equally important to know when you no longer need support/therapy, etc. as it is to know when you DO need it.
I can go years doing just fine, but I know how to seek help and support when things do flare up and get overwhelming. Its good to know where help is.
Best wishes!
