My grand son was emergency put in hospital again for mood disorder, its so far from home and hard to vist. dont know much about this desease. guiltily I have lightly taken my son seriouly about this problem as I personally have not seen the behavior he has been talking about.
he is regualarly kiked out of scholl since kindergarden and now only allowed to go part day.
I need educated , he also has ddhd and dds amoung other things.

I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps. I'm also going to drink a lot of water and try to eat healthy. I do tend to have a sweet tooth but I'm cutting...

learning about the disorders are a really good start. I'm sorry you and your family are going through this. I don't know much about the effects of these disorders on children, but there are some other peeps here who do.
