Well, Ken's DUI sentence is up tonight (or rather tomorrow am at 1:30) and he could be released. This is doubtful though because of a fugitive hold on him from Washington State (we live in Montana) for restitution from ten years ago. He has already served almost two years in WA over this money, the criminal time has been done and over for years! This makes no sense to me that WA would put him back in jail for not a fine, not a crime but restitution....how can he pay if he is in jail???? The last time he was in court for this, the judge said if he ever showed up in her court again, she would give him a year! Washington has to get a governor's warrant to extradite him, they weren't able to get one last month, but who knows??? So, he might be home very soon OR he might be gone to another state for a long time. Please keep us in your prayers, thanks for all the support. This site is a find for me.
