James has been working the kitchen since he got to prison in Dec. 2006. Today he got a pass telling him to see his counselor because he is no longer allowed to work in the kitchen. According to whoever he spoke with they told him he is a flight risk because he has a hold from California. He's had that hold since he arrived at prison. I can't believe they would wait all this time to take his job away from him. He's never gotten into any trouble or gotten any tickets. Since he's no longer allowed to work he won't have money for store. Since I'm still not working I don't have any to send him. My letters from him may stop soon. I hope not because I look so forward to those. James said he was going to fight this but I doubt they'll change their minds. The prison system does what it wants no matter how many people get hurt in the process.
