My son will be sentenced soon and he accepted a plea bargain of six years. His lawyer told me that if the judge tries to give him more than six years he will have to go to trial. I haven't told my son this because he would be devastated. Anyone at DS know anuthing about a judge who gave a sentence that was more than the plea bargain? Thank you, Denise
