Well as a ex juvenile convict i have changed alot. There is alot of hope in people that are leaving prison. That person will come out twice as good as when he went in. I never thought i could change but i got sent away and came back and i cant believe how much i have changed. So dont be worried about it he will be a sweet guy.

I think it can change him if he allows it to, and if he truly wants to change. My man is in until June 2 2014 and i'm hoping and praying that he does change. Good luck and if you ever need anything don't hesitate to ask!

My husband has come full circle. He's seen what unconditional love can do for him. Everyone is different and sees the light at different times. I hope it finally sinks in for your man. Is this his first time going into jail/prison? Continue to stand strong and take it one day at a time.

Welcome to the group. Trust me its really hard at first but talking to people who can relate it really does make a big difference other than someone whos never been through this in there life

I am new also and my husband is in prison for 4 years for drugs and is also a repeat offender. I pray that prison makes a difference because I could never go through this pain again and hurt that I struggle with daily. He has been in prison a few times but I wasnt in his life then and he said he now has a reason for change because of me and our daughter. I still have doubts but pray for a miracle. I have never been in jail but I cant imagine it wouldn't change someone.

I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps. I'm also going to drink a lot of water and try to eat healthy. I do tend to have a sweet tooth but I'm cutting...
