The one good thing about where James is that it's a law that inmates without high school degrees have to take and pass the GED. Today I got a letter saying he passed his. I'm so proud of him. Isn't that horrible it took going to prison to make him get his GED, but at the same time it's a good thing. Now he'll have an easier time finding a job when he gets home. Is there anyone else who has had something good come of the time their loved one has spent in prison.

I gave my 2 week notice last Friday 13th. Now to join you fine people in a life of leisure and nothing else to do but to look out for myself....is it just me or does that sound pretty boring?
