OK, so, I lost my job about a month ago for supposed misconduct (its still being investigated) and was told I would not get any of my vacation pay...I had two weeks worth of vacation saved up...well, today, I get a check from my former employer for two days worth of vacation and according to their policy, if you are fired for misconduct, you do not get any of your vacation pay. So, my question is, isn't that kind of like them saying it wasn't really misconduct and now I should get the rest of the vacation pay?? Just curious how other people see this (I really got screwed over by the company)
