My husband took a plea bargain for 3-5 years with credit for time served in the county jail. When he was sent to prison they didn't send his jail credits with him. His release date will be reduced from Feb. 2010 to Sept.2009 if his attorney gets the paperwork in. I have spoken with him several times and he apologized for not getting it signed by the judge, who doesn't come but once a month. He has already been in court for this month, so we will have to wait until next month to have the order signed. I just don't understand why his attorney is dragging his feet. I am so frustrated right now!!
