Well I went to the oncologist today and I am officially/medically 2 years of remission from AML!!! :) My youngest son came with me to show support. He said "We never let you go alone, plus David will kill me if I let you go alone." Lol We are all happy, yet I have felt sad too. David did call me this afternoon to get the news. It was nice but the call turned business so the thrill was lost. I did go out to distract myself only to come home in tears. Thankfully one of my roomies offered an ear, then both of my roomies took me out for celebration dinner. It was really sweet.

I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps.
