Here's the deal. My fiance was sentenced to 7 months in a MN womens prison for aiding and abetting credit card transaction fraud and walking away from a minimum security "workhouse" or halfway house. She chose to execute all of her time in three different counties on the fraud charges and out of 17 months possible she only got 30 days for the "escape" as they call it. Her and I got into an argument about early release the other day. She's saying that she has no possibility of getting out until 10/22/07 but I was told by her lawyer, the prosecuter and her PO in one county that if she behaves and shows that she has reformed that she could very well get out sooner. Does anyone have any experience with this? When I look her up on the DOC website it says right next to her name "anticipated release date: 10/22/07". I'm taking this to mean if she's good maybe sooner and if she's bad they'll hold her longer. Anyone else have any advice on this???

I miss traveling with my husband. Has anyone found a specific site regarding cruising for widow/widowers or any sightseeing trips. Not interested in being with couples and kids,,,I realize a cruise ship will have a portion size of families and couples, but perhaps they also put together a part of the cruise ship for groups of widows/widowers????
