When my son was sentenced the judge gave him paperwork to fill out if he wanted to appeal. He sent it to me and I delivered it to the courthouse before the time was up. We also filled out a paper for a PD to do this as I didn't have the 8-10 grand that most attorneys wanted for appeal. My question is that he took a plea agreement on bad advice from the attorney we had. Its also pretty obvious the attorney did nothing to represent him and made a few other mistakes. Does anyone know with the fact that he did take the plea if there is any hope with an appeal? He was charged with 2 counts, one he was guilty of, the other he was not. Also they enhanced a misdemeanor charge to a felony to charge him with hibitual. If he could even appeal that part it would be great. I wonder if its possible to appeal just the unfair portion of the sentencing? Any advice would be great.

I have my maxed amount of epidural shots of my cervical DDD....(and no one cares about my lumbar DDD)..... I've done physical therapy, muscle relaxers, Amitriptyline, Nortryptiline, desipramine.....narcotics... So I decided to go to a spine specialist and they have me on Gabapentin. Its been two weeks and it did nothing for my lumbar ever... but it did seem to help my cervical and arm/hand pain...
