I changed phone companies and I had to get a new number. So I wrote James and told him. He submitted the paperwork the prison calls to verify collect calls and says it should be up within 10 business days. So the days go by and no calls. I get a letter from James the other day saying he got his phone slip back and the stupid prison submitted the old number. What a bunch of idiots. James has to resubmit the number and depending when the prison feels like submitting it again with the correct number, I should get a phone call 10 business days after that. I can't believe the person who called me didn't make sure that was the same number he wrote on the paperwork to submit.
