Ok I am not sure where to put this on this site, I checked the skin and hair community, but nothing seemed to fit. I have been losing my hair for about a year now. I have had my blood work done, went to a dermatologist (sp) who said he felt that it was stress and changing birth control. Well I have been off birth control since Jan. or Feb and my hair is still thinning out. I know the stress of the last months with my husband has made it worse and my diet is awful. But it's getting to the point where I honestly feel like it's only going to be a few more months before I have visable bald spots. Does any one have any ideas on how to stop it and any known ways to help it grow back? Losing the hair in itself is stressing me out, which I know makes it worse. Some days I just want to scream at him, as I pull out strand after strand, and say "look at what this is doing to me!!!!!" I apologize that this is probably not the best place for this post, I am still trying to figure my way around. Thanks!!!

I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps. I'm also going to drink a lot of water and try to eat healthy. I do tend to have a sweet tooth but I'm cutting...

This test went HORRIBLY. They were about 20 seconds or so into...
