I am a little baffled by some of the discussions on here. It is often mentioned about medical insurance, if you dont have it do you still receive medical treatment free? Is it for just the privilidged? Is everyone entitled to see a doctor, therapist, hospital, dentist ect free of charge? I have just seen on national news that the UK sent medical teams to America to give free treatment to Americans so that made me wonder if that is why medical insurance keeps being mentioned. Surely you must have a free system for those who cant afford insurance? Medical insurance in the UK is mainly for celebrities or people who want cosmetic surgery from a private hospital. What about rehab, does that have to be paid for?

I miss traveling with my husband. Has anyone found a specific site regarding cruising for widow/widowers or any sightseeing trips. Not interested in being with couples and kids,,,I realize a cruise ship will have a portion size of families and couples, but perhaps they also put together a part of the cruise ship for groups of widows/widowers????
