my dreams about her

These are the only dreams that I have had about my best friend Miriam who hung herself on 03/17/06.
My first dream was about 3 or 4 months after her suicide. She came to me in my room and told me she wanted to go to Salem with me when I asked her if she would. I reminded her that she was dead but she said that didn't matter and that she would be there for me anyways. I remember sitting on my bed and she was sitting right next to me. The next morning when I woke up after my dream, my sister and I were actually going to Salem to visit my family. On the way to Salem I looked out the window of the car and saw a beautiful rainbow. It hadn't rained all week or anything, beings it was summer time. Coincidence? Maybe, but it made me feel better.
The second dream was in September or October of 2006. My friend Jordan and I were standing with a bunch of other girls at the balcony of some college I didn't recognize. I was telling a joke and everyone around me started laughing. All of the sudden Miriam walked up and she looked all wet and beaten. Her makeup, what little she wore, was running and her hair was messy. I remember her being pale and she was wearing her grey wool coat. She looked right at me and said, "Where were you? I didn't understand, she was supposed to be dead. I told her "I tried Miriam, I called you and you didn't answer." She just kept asking the same question while tears started rolling down her face. I asked her if she would go with me so we could talk. All of the sudden we were sitting in my parents 4runner, that I had been borrowing because my car was being worked on. We were down in the area where she committed suicide and the road was small so I told her I needed to turnaround to back out of there. I remember in my dream that I was thinking I had to be careful because there was a cliff behind me and I couldn't let the truck roll back or the truck would roll off the cliff...(there isn't really a huge cliff down there like there was in my dream). Right when I put the truck into gear I noticed that Miriam wasn't in the truck anymore. She was standing outside the truck looking at me. The truck started to roll back and I called for her, screaming for her help but she just let me fall. The truck fell off the cliff and I woke up. This dream I wrote down the second I woke up because I couldn't believe it and I knew I would always want to remember it, as heartbreaking as it is.
The third and last dream I have had about her was Sprint 2007. I was sitting at someones graduation when I looked across thee aisle and saw Miriam. No one noticed her. It was almost like only I could see her. She had black hair, she actually has natural blonde hair, and it was about the length of my hair now which is pretty long. She was wearing it with mousse so it was curly almost but messy also. She got up and started walking down the aisle on the side opposite to me. I called her over and she came over. She talked to me and that's when I realized that she knew she was dead. She was there to talk to me. She told me she sees everything and knows everything. We talked for awhile about whatever and then I don't remember anything else. The interesting thing about this dream is that both of our younger sisters graduation will be this year so it could have been there graduation we were at. Also, Miriam always asked me if I would dye her hair black for her. I knew her parents would kill me so we never did it but I promised her I would once she moved out. Too bad she didn't ever get the chance to move out...

I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps. I'm also going to drink a lot of water and try to eat healthy. I do tend to have a sweet tooth but I'm cutting...
For me, butterflies are a "sign" of him. And pennies on the ground, "pennies from heaven." I always pick them up and save them. I know that's not him thinking of me, but I think of him, in good ways, when I find one, and that's the most important thing.
