A little over 10 years ago I was diagnosed with squamus cell esophageal cancer. Had the esophajectomy surgery and serval rounds of chemo and radiation. By the grace of God I am still here today. I am 48 years old. About 10 weeks ago I began having trouble swallowing liquids and certain solids. This has gotten progressively worse. I have been to see MDs and they have done upper endoscopy, florouscopes and met with a speech pathologist to view my swallowing techniques. I have been told there is nothing that can be done except to hope my body heals itself. Has anyone had this experience and what did you do to help with swallowing. Thanks and God Bless.
