After a seizure, yes, do get rest, and do eat healthy meals and juice. Stay away from caffeine, and alchohol. I haven't had a seizure in about 7 years, thank God..but the way I knew if I was out of the seizure, was when I could answer the question, "What's the date". They used to ask me that in the hospital, back during days when my seizures weren't controlled. Other than that, you've just got to wait it out, stay home. I mean, if you're out driving, and living life as normal...you might hurt yourself or someone else..ie, if you're driving, or operating heavy machinery etc. Though that might not be your scenario...I used to have seizures in the mirror to. It was a weird pattern. I'd go to the sink ,to put water on my face, because I always felt flushed before seizures. Also, pay attention to your body. If you're tired, sleep, if you're stressed, dont drink alchohol, or caffeine..of course no drugs...and talk to your neurologist. good luck.
