I need help understanding if this is a seizue or not. A little girl stares into space for maybe 5 seconds with her mouth open and then carries on with her work. EEG normal. In the past people have said that they hear her talking quietly to herself and when confronted she will not admit it. Says she did not say anything. Now, it is like 10 years later and I am told she still does the same things. Otherwise, she is fine with the exception of being tired. She does have interrupted sleep(was tested) periodic movement disorder when she awakens at night, does not remember and goes back to sleep. Has anyone had any experience with this?
