my 2 year old son out of the blue one morning woke up and had a fit that lasted 2 and a half hours he has since been diagnosed with epilepsy just wanted to know what happens now and if some one could tell me if he is entitled to disability living allowance??

Contact The Epilepsy Foundation in your area. They will be able to give you any information from rights to disability, and anything else. They can also get medication for low income. Best, Katie

Lucy the best thing to do is contact the British Epilepsy Ass at www.epilepsy.com and they should be able to give you more advice on what happens next. As for DLA if you contact your local council benifits agency, they should be able to give you any information you need. Hope this helps x Dee x
