you've got a lot going on right now...but remember that your health is the number one priority. I started having seizures when I was probably about 7, or 8, but I wasn't diagnosed until I was 15 years old. It was a battle, but now, I've been seizure free for 7 years.. and life is looking good. I've had some hard times, and yes, I've been cautious about who I've told (in terms of friends), but I've learned alot about myself in the process. Dont worry it isn't the end of the world. I agreww, with everyone, make an appt with a neurologist..or have your parents do it for you (Ididn't check your age).
Remember, many seizures have triggers, stress, lack of sleep, flashing lights, not eating well, there are all kinds for different people. Just do yourself justice and be responsible by getting in touch with a neurologist. Someone who's open to helping you the way you want. I wish you luck. P.S. I'm a teacher now, and I've already graduated from college, and am currently finishing my teaching credential. Epilepsy needs to be managed, but you can still have a great life. Life is what you make of it. Take care.
