I have been having seizures for approx 8 years. They are unable to explain why. I am 30 years old and was only experiencing a seizure maybe once a year; no more than 2 in a year. My concern is the possible birth defects. I will be wanting to have a child within the next couple of years and am really scared. Has anyone stayed on Lamictal while pregant? Did you continue your medication throughout your pregnency and did your child have any birth defects or any other complications?
