Hi,
I am sorry to bother you. I am just a little bit worried. Suddenly, I start to shake. I am aware of it and can somtimes control it a tiny tiny bit but then it gets out of control. I sometimes hyperventilate and I someimtes say and do SERIOUSLY odd things. I normal hurt myself and have been known to concused my self and bruis myself. I am consious. I was wondering if this was a fit or an EXTREME panic attack. No one seems to know. Last time I had one, it lasted 4 and a bit hours and I had to be sedated and then put in an ambulence and driven to hospital...I was screaming a lot then too. I was wondering what you thought this was...

Hey Jules x Its never any bother x It sounds like you may be suffering from complex partial seizures. People who experience these usually do or say very strange things ranging from repeating the same sentence or word over and over to harming themselves or others (extreme cases). Do you know how you hurt yourself? Or what you do exactly? As for the four hour thing, it may have been a cluster of seizures - 1 straight after another without recovery in between. Or it may be as you say a very extreme panic attack. Youd be well advised to speak to your GP and ask him to refer you to a neurologist who may be able to help. Hope this is of some use x Dee x

I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps. I'm also going to drink a lot of water and try to eat healthy. I do tend to have a sweet tooth but I'm cutting...
