I am required to wear an ID bracelet at the hospital for safety reasons. Yes, all the information needed is in my file, but other nurses need that information quickly if something happens.
in the meantime you can get a med alert necklace or bracelet at a drug store if your parents dont wish to pay for one...and have it engraved... simple and safe..but you should really have one... for your own saftey...
