I went through the initial 6 weeks, and I've now been on the full dosage of the medicine for two weeks now. My anxiety has been REALLY bad. I can't sleep at night, and even very minor things will stress me out terribly. I have paranoia. I've even had some thoughts of suicide, although I'm NOT going to commit suicide. I have an appointment with my neurologist Novermber 12th. So I'm wondering if I should just wait it out in the hopes that the side effects will subside with the longer I'm on it or should I inform him now? It IS pretty unbearable now... And should I cut out every little thing that's stressing me out right now? I was suppose to have a friend come and visit me this weekend, but just having her come is stressing me out really bad. Even things that would normally be fun for me are big triggers for my anxiety. I normally do have some issues with anxiety, but this is just insane!

I just can't stay in that building that is reeking mildew...

Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps. I'm also going to drink a lot of water and try to eat healthy. I do tend to have a sweet tooth but I'm cutting...
What matters is does it work for you without terrible side effects?
You might have to try several drugs befoe you get to the one that works right for you without terrible side effects. Don't worry about it. You have to take care of yourself!
Nobody else will!
No reason to be frustrated with yourself, a lot of us have to try lots of meds before we find the right one.
You'll make it through a couple of weeks, stay in touch while you are going off of them, we'll help you through it!
